Blake T. Prince, LMT, APSI

• Connective Tissue and Neuromuscular Massage
• Structural Integration
• Exercise classes aimed at restoration and healing

Blake Prince, Licensed Massage Therapist and Practitioner of Structural Integration, has twenty years of experience in bodywork. He received his initial massage training at the Carolina School of Massage in Carboro, North Carolina in 1992.

Shortly after he began his practice, he received training in neuromuscular massage, a modality that specializes in relieving chronic pain through deep tissue massage and trigger point manipulation.

Two years later, Blake received certification from the Institute of Structural Integration. Structural Integration, developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf, is a revolutionary technique that focuses on the manipulation of the fascial anatomy and reestablishes whole body integrity and alignment, thereby alleviating many causes of chronic pain and mechanical dysfunction. In 2007, Blake received certification as an Advanced Practitioner of Structural Integration.

For many years, Blake has enhanced his practice through associations with various indigenous healers from Peru and North America. Currently, he is furthering his professional competencies here at Frontier Movement by training directly under Chris Hardwicke in order to work with individuals while focusing on exercise as a modality for healing and regeneration.

Blake graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1972 with a major in political science. He is also an accomplished woodworker and photographer.
